Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and ViewToCash (“we”, “us”) for use of the ViewToCash website and application. By creating an account or connecting a YouTube channel, you agree to them. If you are using ViewToCash for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and “you” includes that company.

The service

ViewToCash attributes clicks, leads, and revenue on sites you control to YouTube videos, and can post a video to a YouTube channel you connect when you explicitly tell us to. We may change or discontinue features. We do not promise a particular amount of views, revenue, or attribution accuracy. Attribution depends on the tracker, links, and payment events you install and send us.

Your YouTube channel

Connecting YouTube authorizes ViewToCash to access that channel as described in the Privacy Policy. You may disconnect at any time inside ViewToCash or on the Google security settings page.

You agree that:

• You control the Google account and YouTube channel you connect, or the channel owner has authorized you to connect it.
• A video is uploaded only when you submit it in ViewToCash and confirm the post. You choose the title, description, and privacy setting.
• You own the video or have the rights required to post it, including rights in music, images, and likenesses.
• The upload also has to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. YouTube, not ViewToCash, decides whether a video stays up and how it is distributed.
• You will not use the connection to upload unlawful content, spam, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

We may refuse or stop an upload that we believe violates these terms, the law, or YouTube's rules. ViewToCash uses YouTube API Services. Your use of YouTube through ViewToCash is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for your login credentials and for the people you invite to a workspace. You will give us accurate account information. You will not access another customer's workspace, probe the service, or use it to store or transmit malware.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed by Stripe. Fees, renewal, and cancellation are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. If a payment fails, we may suspend the workspace until it succeeds. Disconnecting YouTube does not by itself cancel a paid plan.

Your content and our service

You keep ownership of the videos, leads, and site data you submit. You give us a limited license to host, transmit, and display that material only to operate ViewToCash for you. We do not claim ownership of your YouTube channel or your videos.

We own ViewToCash, including the software, design, and branding. These terms do not give you any right in our intellectual property except the right to use the service while your account is in good standing.

Ending the service

You may stop using ViewToCash at any time and may email privacy@viewtocash.com to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, creates risk for other customers, or remains unpaid. On closure we delete workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or security reasons.

Disclaimers and liability

ViewToCash is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for YouTube's removal of a video, a change to the YouTube API, lost profits, or indirect damages. Our total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid us for ViewToCash in the three months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above. If you keep using ViewToCash after the update, you accept the new terms.
